Bamboo Handled Dagger (S#13)

Wayne Goddard challenged the local group to make a blade with some of his cured bamboo for handle material – here’s what I came up with! 5160 steel blade. Brass pommel and guard.

Hope you like it!

Jaguar Blades (#9, 10)

When a friend requested a knife in this format I decided I better make 3 to be sure it would come out – – – all 3 “came out” so I have 2 in the drawer. The have 5160 blades with a Jaguar design etched in. The bluing makes the design somewhat subtle. Handles are cherry wood with brass guard, ferrule, and pommel.

Lengths are 10.75″ overall
Blade Lengths are 6.75″
The blade belly is 1.8″ deep
They weigh 8 or 9 oz.

#10 has red spacer between the brass and wood.
